Absolutely great trial, land, weather, the WD team (and the management of course).  All did their bits to ensure it well so well.

I would like to start by thanking BAGDS for the invitation to judge the ticket at this very relaxed trial, which is all down to Charlie & Martine`s hard work & having such a fabulous team of people to help.

Many thanks to Ruth, Tiggy & Cash for allowing Lucy, Kim & I to stay with them for the week, making us so welcome! The hostage is home safe & well!

A VERY BIG THANK YOU TO Tom, Len, John & Ruth who are super company & wonderful tracklayers, experts at rotating tracks to help keep damage to the crop to a minimum & at recovering missed articles.

Sheila walked miles, she is very conscientious laying each search exactly the same, which took some doing. Poor lady, I hope the blisters have gone by now Sheila. Ruth preferred doing squares to laying tracks because she had such a high success rate.

We all enjoyed the bacon & free range egg buns mid morning, (Charlie has a job for life in catering) they were greatly appreciated, along with our food & drink thanks Martine & not forgetting the apple pie which was just perfect!

Also thanks to Jan Darby at the base, not an easy task, but Jan you are an ideal person for the job, sorting out the scores too, what a lady.

1st           DREAGANTA DOUBLE DECKER Among Melnola with Pat Parkinson. Whizzie recovered 3&4 gaining 155 nosework marks. With very good control & agility, they hung onto the lead to win their second "Ticket". Many congratulations Pat & very  best wishes for the KCC`s in October, there will be more to come, I`m sure of that. 205.5

2nd         ROMENO IF SIX WAS NINE with Anne Bussey. A very professional round as you would expect from Anne, Grad won the run off for second place. It will not be long before he gets his second Anne, (probably before this is printed)! Congratulations. 202.5

3rd          .5 TOFI WIRL WITH HILARY MORRIS. Tofi won the best track with 96.5 recovering 3&3, Hilary kept her nerve through the C&A for another TDex. Congratulations. 202

4th          TARNEDGE SOLAR with Anne Clarke. Solo was the first dog to recover 3&4, we were thrilled to see him work, the weather could have been kinder, but he just kept going, bless his cotton socks. Congratulations. 198
