Search All Trial Reports

The decision to cancel our trial was made the morning before it was to run.  Temperatures as low as minus 13 had frozen the rape we were tracking on, to the extent that it turned to dust when you trod on it.  That, and the control field ground being like concrete, meant that we had no alternative.

I would like to thank the judges for all the work they put in preparing their tests prior to the trial, also to everyone who had taken time off work to help, or had started preparing food for the trial.  It is greatly appreciated.  Let’s hope for better weather next time.

Best of luck in future trials.
