Our aim is to increase engagement with all trialists, old and new, via various channels; listen to your views and ideas; and provide constructive feedback to maintain and develop a robust future for the sport.
Going forward if anyone wishes to raise an issue for either discussion or a proposal it can be done via the Liaison Council Submission Form which can be found here:
Individuals no longer have to belong to a club/society in order to do this and the form prompts you through the type, title, description, purpose and proposed benefit of your idea.
When submitted this goes directly to the RKC office where it will either be dealt with directly or be cascaded to us, the WTLC, for further examination.
Your name and email address will be included to ensure that those submitting items for discussion are kept informed and can be contacted if further clarification is required. However this information will not be shared outside the WTLC.
If anyone is concerned about their information, how it may be used, or have other reasons to remain anonymous they can of course email the RKC in the first instance.
Items may be submitted year round which enables urgent items to be fast tracked where necessary.
Some of the biggest issues facing our sport at the moment appear to be lack of entries, communication, lack of new people coming into the sport and succession planning but you may have more.
The first meeting of the WLTC is scheduled for January 21 2026 All agenda items must be submitted by January 14 2026.
