The working trials week courses give you the opportunity to train all aspects of working trials, through drive and motivation, building skills and desire in both handler and dog.
Dogs love working trials as it utilises their natural abilities and provides challenge at a level that motivates the dog to learn. While each handler and dog team will be worked at a level suitable for them, we do ask that you are either already training for trials, or another dog sport, or some pet dog obedience training and the dog understands basic commands.
You will also have an opportunity to ask questions of Dave & Jenny, and learn through watching other handlers working their dogs.
All our courses are only suitable for non-reactive dogs, they are not suitable for dogs who bark, growl or lunge at people or dogs, some work will take place in groups.
Any dogs you bring with you MUST be caged within the confines of your vehicle when not working or having a toilet break. This is for the comfort and safety of your dog to allow for adequate ventilation in your vehicle.
Outdoor venue in Yorkshire, between York & Selby
All dogs attending must be sociable.

Handler & Dog £250, £50 deposit required to confirm your place, the balance of £200 paid 6 weeks prior to the start of the courses
