1st Di Ling with WTCh DEBEN known it watching this quality team do
LITTLE TOM, their stuff. Super nosework, followed by
nice control, although Rik decided to keep
Emma on her toes with a bit of freestyle
heelwork! Lovely sendaway too. Rik’s
patrol started with a bit of confusion on the
chase, but Emma recovered it well for the
remainder of the round. She pulled out all
the stops and ensured Rik gave a super ac-
count of himself, concluding with a deter-
mined TOC, which he thoroughly enjoyed.
On entering the caravan to locate Nidge,
272.5, Q (C/A 53.5, NW 112, Patrol 107), Rik was straight onto the bed barking –
winning the KC Championships and the we know who is spoilt lad at home then,
Ticket. A fantastic team who are always don’t we! Rik really is a fantastic dog with
there in the mix. Quality nosework and lovely attitude. Well done, Emma, you are
really nice control round, with the only a quality team and it was a pleasure to see
full mark sendaway. Patrol round was as you both attack the test.
you’d expect from a seasoned and well
drilled team. Fab chase right in front of the 3rd Alan Bexon with WTCh FLY BY
crowd, solid quarter with great indication, NIGHT LAD,
but, as with all three, missed Lee hidden
out in the field. Recall was top notch and
the TOC just superb - total commitment. I
have always admired Tom’s application to
each round and the way he gives his all.
He really is a super dog and totally honest.
Well done, Di, your win was thoroughly
deserved, and I am thrilled for you.
2nd Emma Baker with WTCh
JESSZAKS RICOCHET RIK, 257, Q (49/99/109). Alan and Fly have had
a fantastic year and been the team to beat
throughout. Nice track as always, but Fly
showed his mischievous side in the square!
Nice all-round control and agility, as usual.
Super patrol, but then needed a costly sec-
ond command on the recall. Fly loved the
TOC, it was right up his street and he tore
into the horsebox and looked as pleased as
punch coming out with the sleeve to pa-
rade around with! Alan and Fly are such
268, Q (45/112/111), winning the Reserve a great team to watch, fantastic control, as
Ticket. Rik did his utmost, as always, for evidenced in the escort; Alan just watched
Emma. This was Rik’s first outing since the crims and didn’t need to say a word to
last November, but you’d never have
